Processing Time

- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
- During peak seasons, sales, or promotions, processing times may be longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard U.S. delivery: 3–7 business days.
- Expedited options may be available at an additional cost.
Free Shipping
- Enjoy free standard U.S. shipping on orders over $75 (before taxes and discounts).
Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)
- Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
- Delivery times are estimates only. Kolor Acrylic is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen events.
Tracking Your Order
- Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to activate.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Kolor Acrylic is not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
