Refund policy

Due to the nature of cosmetic products, all sales are final. However, we will make exceptions in cases of defects, damages, or incorrect items. Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.

Eligibility

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery at info@koloracrylic.com
  • Include your order number, photos/videos of the issue, and a detailed description.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Sale/clearance items
  • Gift cards

Special Clause: Orders Over $150

  • Refunds or replacements for orders over $150 will only be accepted if the customer provides a continuous video recording of the unboxing process.
  • The video must clearly show the unopened package, shipping label, and the issue upon opening.
  • Claims without this proof will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Refunds

  • Once your claim is approved, you may receive:
    • A refund to your original payment method, or
    • A replacement at no extra cost
  • Refunds take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

  • If you received the wrong product or a defective item, we may exchange it for the correct product or one of equal value.

Return Shipping

  • If a return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label.
  • Unauthorized returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
